In Episode 2, I talk with Cody Gilland, former Director of Sales at Lucid Software and current VP of Sales/Customer Success at CloudApp. Cody takes us through running a successful landscaping business at 14, how a phone booth manufacturer won over his heart, and what his key points and outcomes are for creating a good customer experience.

Cody Gilland is the Vice President of Sales and Customer Success at CloudApp. He carries a background in scaling profitable customer experience led freemium businesses. Prior to CloudApp, Cody was the Director of Sales at Lucid Software where he oversaw sales that have nearly doubled in size every year. He also worked on the Corporate Finance Team at Time Warner, Inc.
