Qualtrics’ goal is to help businesses further drive a customer-centric company culture by focusing on retention, loyalty, and overall, satisfaction related to customers.
With the help of Qualtrics, businesses can better understand what drives their customers to take action, what they are attracted to, and what requires some reevaluation. If this interests you, you might be wondering how to create a Qualtrics account. Then you have come to the right place!
To begin, head over to Google and type in Qualtrics.com in the URL bar
Click free account. This will direct you to a super simple sign-up form. Fill in your name, email, or phone number, password, company or organization, country, phone number, and how you will be using Qualtrics.
With the free account, you have access to 100 responses, 7 question types, one active survey, 10 questions per survey, summary reports and filtering, survey logic, online reporting, and it will never expire! Since we are focusing on how to create a Qualtrics account, you can always peruse the additional features, and upgrade as you see fit.
Creating a Qualtrics account:
Once you have accepted the terms of service, you will be directed to your account. Here, you will note 5 options on the left-hand side, Research Core, Customer Experience, Employee Experience, Product Experience, and Brand Experience.
This is a great way to receive actionable feedback and increase customer engagement with product, brand, customer, or employee experience and deliver them to your customers or employees in a simple manner.
Let’s focus on Research Core, an extremely important tool where you can create a survey. To create a survey, either choose a blank project to build from scratch, from an existing survey, or use one of the existing templates with pre-configured content for a quick start.
For example, click on the Blank Project and name your project. This is a great way to get familiar with Qualtrics and learn how to create a Qualtrics account and survey. Here, you will see a variety of options that you can choose from including question types, look and feel, distribution. After you have created your survey, you can either preview or publish it. Once you have received survey responses, you can review the Data and Analysis.
