5. Evaluate Your Results
The final piece of the project management puzzle is the evaluation stage. It's important to ask yourself (and your team!) what went right and what went wrong during your last project. That way you can double down on successes and try to avoid failures in the future.
We recommend doing this fairly quickly after the completion of every project because the ups and downs of it will still be fresh in everyone's mind. You can use the screen recorder videos and screenshots you took along the way to bring everything full circle.
