Want to add a custom logo to your CloudApp shared links? We have you covered. With our Team and Enterprise options, you can customize your share links and domains to appear more like they are coming from your company. We don’t take it personally if you prefer your own logo to ours, we think your name belongs in front of the eyes of your customers. Each share link will become a virtual billboard for your brand, if you’re into that sort of thing.
Redirect URL →
Redirect URLs can play an important role in your company’s marketing strategy and SEO, so it’s important to make sure all of your domain names lead to the same location. With CloudApp, you can make sure a click on your custom logo is always sending your customers back to the link of your choice. Setting up your redirect URL with CloudApp is affordable, easy, and we’ll be there to assist you every step of the way. Check out our resource guide here for help getting up and running.
So you’ve already heard about how simple it is to create with CloudApp- the ease in which you can annotate a video, create a GIF, save a screenshot, etc.- but you still might be wondering what you can do with the content afterwards. Enter: Webhooks. A Webhook integrates with other applications to provide real-time updates (i.e. when a drop is created, shared, viewed, or deleted). This can save you time and help your team achieve maximum efficiency when collaborating. For details on how to use Webhooks, click here.
Share Domain →
In the case that you’re looking to have a custom domain with CloudApp, we have options for getting you set up with a shared domain, which can make a link that looks like this -> share.getcloudapp.com to this -> share.[yourdomain]].com. All you need to get started is to have your own domain (if you don’t have one yet you can find many options on Google that will run you under $20). Share domain helps keep your company’s name front and center, right where it should be.
Disable permissions on the viewer → added security, admin control.
It’s important for you to have complete control over your content. That’s why CloudApp has admin-specific privileges and extensive settings options allowing you to decide what a viewer can do to your documents. Added security = peace of mind.
Here at CloudApp, we’re big on feedback- hence our “post a comment” customization setting. While working remotely, you need to have the option of providing quick commentary on the work on which your team is collaborating. By having the ability to post a comment directly on the CloudApp document, you’re able to give clear, concise instruction and specific suggestions to the creator or other viewers. No further comment.
