We’re Disconnected in the Modern Workplace – Here’s How to Fix It

A Workforce On the Move

It won’t come as a shock to anyone reading this that the coronavirus pandemic changed the culture of work indefinitely. One day in March of 2020, our conference rooms became our living rooms. Our homes became our offices. But then our homes changed too!

According to USPS data, over 15.9 million people moved during the coronavirus pandemic. We officially became a workforce on the move and this physical movement required a cultural shift as well. This has also had an impact on communication between team members.
