As CloudApp has grown up, we’ve put more and more energy into adding functionality to give admins more control over how employees interact with CloudApp. Today, we’re happy to announce that we fully support SAML single sign-on via both our website and desktop app. We’re starting out by supporting OneLogin, and will be adding Okta, and providers in the coming months.
To configure SSO, navigate to the SAML section of your Domain Control settings. You’ll be able to set whether you want to make SAML optional or required.
Once it has been enabled, your employees will be able to sign in via SAML both from the website and mobile app.
We hope SAML will make it easier for employees to log into CloudApp, while allowing companies to have more control over passwords and access to the system. Happy SAML-ing!
