According to a recent study, 76% of consumers point to customer experience as an important factor in a purchasing decision with 86% saying they are willing to pay more for a great customer experience.
For our customers looking to be on the cutting edge of customer experience, we have some great news. Today we announced that you can now connect over 1,000+ apps to CloudApp via Zapier integrations. Create quick screen recordings, GIFs, or use the snipping tool to annotate a note then send it to Slack, Salesforce, Hubspot, email, Trello, or Twitter through the CloudApp Zaps. Quickly store your drops in Google sheets or upload files directly to Google Drive or Dropbox. You can start by using the CloudApp Zap templates with your Zapier account.
Whats new in the Zapier and CloudApp integration?
The new CloudApp and Zapier integration focuses on creating a quicker connection point for our customers. The ability to use the existing templates we have created and to connect with other tools that people use every day will create greater use and sharing opportunities in your workflow.
You can start an automation based on a drop created, viewed or deleted. Take any action you want:
Custom File Storage
Upload files directly to Dropbox, Google Drive, Box
Automatically share to Twitter, Linkedin, Facebook
3rd Party Video Hosting
Share straight to YouTube, Vimeo, Wistia, Vidyard
Send new content straight to a Slack channel. Send yourself an email notification when someone viewed your content.
Bug and Feature Tracking
Add detailed content descriptions to JIRA and Trello
Improve customer experience with quick visuals in your workflow.
Video is becoming the new form of quicker and more contextual medium for conversing with colleagues and customers. CloudApp integrations with Zapier, and existing integrations with Slack, Trello, Jira, and others, will put your more efficient notes and videos on display in a variety of workflows that you use every day.
For example, when there is a bug in your code, you can use CloudApp to create a annotated drop or video of the issue, post that in a ticket in Jira and shoot a note to an engineer in Slack. With Customer Support, you could create a quick troubleshoot video or GIF to resolve an issue and post to Zendesk or Slack. With Marketing or design, you can sent a video or annotated screen shot to Trello for project management, send a note via Slack, and update Salesforce for an Account Executive.
