CloudApp All-Stars is one way in which CloudPlus, Inc. endeavors to reward and thank loyal customers for using our services. Members of CloudApp All-Stars are able to earn and accumulate “Points" that can be redeemed for CloudApp All-Stars benefits according to the rules explained in the CLOUDAPP ALL-STARS REWARDS section below.
If you do not have a CloudApp account, follow the prompts to create an account at www.getcloudapp.com/signup with your email address, then register at least one email address in the CloudApp All-Star program at www.getcloudapp.com/all-stars/signup. Upon sign-up for CloudApp All-Stars, entrants must submit a “nickname” that will be used in lieu of their email address for public promotion on CloudApp social channels, website, blog posts, print, and any other publicity related channels or media. A nickname cannot be an email address.
The registration process requires that you provide the following information username and email address. Upon sign-up for CloudApp All-Stars, entrants may opt to submit their usernames for their Twitter account. This is optional. But it is required if the entrant wants to receive points for posting your drops on Twitter. If you do not submit your username for Twitter, CloudApp will not count any drop activity on Twitter towards your point total in the All-Stars Program.
The benefits that are available to you through CloudApp All-Stars are based on the number of “Points" that you earn. You can earn Points by doing the following:

Points will be calculated at the end of every month. Point totals will be tabulated for each participant based on:

To give all participants a chance at rewards, CloudApp reserves the right to place restrictions on the frequency and amount of times a participant in CloudApp All-Stars can receive a reward. Participants in CloudApp All-Stars are allowed to win a maximum of three (3) Amazon Gift Cards and three (3) CloudApp merchandise items in any twelve (12) month period which begins the next month after the monthly competition which resulted in their win. If a participant places in the top three (3) and already has received the maximum limit of three (3) Amazon Gift Cards, then CloudApp may reward them with CloudApp merchandise instead, for up to three (3) instances for the remainder of the twelve (12) month period. If a participant reaches their limit (as stated above) on CloudApp merchandise rewards, there will be no substitute merchandise reward granted for the remainder of the twelve (12) month period. If the participant has reached their limit of three (3) merchandise rewards, they are still eligible to win up to three (3) Amazon Gift Cards as stated above and with the same restrictions. After the twelve (12) month time period has elapsed, participants are once again eligible to receive rewards as dictated above and under the same restrictions. This temporary suspension of rewards does not affect standing in the overall All-Star program and participants are still allowed to accumulate points even though these points are not eligible for rewards. CloudApp will cease to publish point totals for participants who have reached their rewards limit for the remainder of the aforementioned twelve (12) month period.
Any participant in CloudApp All-Stars that reaches their maximum limit of three (3) Amazon Gift Cards and three (3) CloudApp merchandise rewards within a twelve (12) month period will be automatically entered into the CloudApp All-Star Playoffs, and their monthly scores will no longer be published since he/she is no longer eligible to receive rewards. At a later date to be determined, CloudApp will host an All-Star Playoffs competition where only participants who have maxed out on rewards will compete for upgraded prizes.
There are no membership fees associated with CloudApp All-Stars. Points accumulated under the program are promotional and have no cash value.
Your Points, Rewards, and your account under CloudApp All-Stars are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to, or shared with, family, friends or others, or used by you for any commercial purpose. You may have only one (1) CloudApp All-Stars account that is personal to you.
CloudApp reserves the right to terminate, discontinue or cancel the CloudApp All-Stars program at any time and in its sole discretion without notice to you.
